This is the third time we have had Ignozza Electric come to our house to provide a service. Each time he has been prompt, courteous, and very professional. This last time he installed a generator for our home. He guided me from the time I was interested in getting the generator to the installation itself and spent a lot of time explaining to me what he was going to do and even how to use the generator and I felt he had my best interests in mind. John responded to my voicemail within the hour. He asked me a few questions to determine exactly what kind of switch I needed, quoted me a price, and did the job later that same day. In addition to replacing the switch, he patched a small hole in the wall that the old switchplate had been covering. He did a great job and was very friendly and pleasant to work with.
